Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Due to an increased demand for appointments, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. While we do understand that life happens unexpectedly, if you do not cancel ahead of time, you may be preventing another pet from getting the treatment they need.
A “no show” is a client who misses an appointment without proper notice. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “no show”.
- The first time there is a “no show” we will contact you to inform you of the missed appointment, reschedule at no charge, and remind you of our policy.
- On the second occurrence of a missed appointment without proper notice, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $75.00 deposit to schedule your next appointment. For multiple pet appointments missed; this fee will be per animal.
We appreciate your patience and understanding of our cancellation policy. It is our goal to be able to help as many of your pets as possible per day.
